Pumaridge Siberians Organizations and Testing Protocols
Welcome to Pumaridge Russian Siberian Cats. We are a Specialty Cattery specializing in Low Allergy lines to help those that would not normally be able to enjoy having a cat otherwise. We are a home breeder raising High Quality Siberian Cats. **In October 2017 we will be moving to Kingman AZ. in Northern AZ and will continue to breed. Kingman AZ is located 1 hr 40mins from Las Vegas NV, 6 hrs from San Diego Ca, 5hrs 25mins from Los Angeles Ca, and 5hrs 11mins from Bakersfield Ca. We will be meeting people at the Las Vegas airport as needed for pickups for an additional gas fee.
Come and meet our AMAZING cats that are a combination of Gentle Giant, playful Acrobat, and Love Bug all rolled up into one Amazing Cat. Although not scientifically proven, Siberian cats are considered HYPO-allergenic. HYPO meaning low NOT Anti-Allergic. Many people with cat allergies may have little or no reaction to them. Due to the low level of Feline d1 protein (Fel-d1) in their saliva. We have found this to be true first hand with members of our family.
Our goal is to breed with low allergen Siberian lines. If you have friends or family that come to your home that are allergic to cats, work in certain fields ie: hospitals, or schools where coming into contact with people that may be allergic could be a real problem a Siberian may be the answer for you. In order to provide the healthiest kittens possible, we are a tested FIV, Felv, PKD negative cattery. We also sonogram our adults for HCM.
Our cats and kittens are raised in our home and handled daily. They are well socialized with adults, and our Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Siberian cats are cute, cuddly and they stay playful. If you are looking for a Pumaridge Siberian kitten, keep reading about how you can become owned by a Siberian of your very own. We screen our prospective Siberian kitten buyers thoroughly to ensure our kittens only go to the best homes possible. I will walk you through the process; answering any questions you may have. The relationship with Pumaridge is alive and strong for the lifetime of your Siberian Companion.
Think long and hard about getting a kitten, it is a commitment for the next 15 years most importantly make sure that you have the time and financial resources to dedicate to this new family member. I refer to Siberians as the Dogs of the Cat World. They want your attention. Siberians are more active and more dog-like than American domestic cats and may require a cat saavy or educated owner to avoid behavior problems.
